If you want to use Zoom yourself for a new Group or Course:
- Please ensure you let me know if it is ONLINE
- I will set up as ‘repeating’, which allows the link to remain
the same - For first use:
⁃ Open ‘zoom.us’*
⁃ Sign in with the U3A account details you have been given.
⁃ Go to ‘Meetings’ and find yours
⁃ Click on its entry, which allows you to copy the meeting link and details as provided and send to members
⁃ Keep a copy for yourself - For subsequent meetings, use the same details
*NB: There is a new security feature in Zoom. If you cannot sign in, wait a while as Zoom may have asked me for a passcode.
