The course will run on four Wednesdays in June 2026, i.e. on 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th June from 3 - 5pm. The venue will be the Ramsgate Croquet Club, Royal Esplanade, CT11 0HH. The cost will be £22.50, which will cover the cost of use of the lawns and equipment, photocopying and trophies. People need to wear flat soled shoes or trainers to protect the lawns, and layers of clothing as it can be cold and windy. There are toilet facilities, a bar and kitchen area for refreshments. The maximum number on the course is 16, but a reserve list is operated in case applicants are unable to attend a session as it is good to have four groups of four for coaching purposes. Three members of the Croquet Club are trained coaches and provide excellent tuition during the course. Deadline for applications will be 1st March 2026.
