This is a brief course, where you have a chance to learn the skills and tactics involved in golf croquet. Use of the facilities and equipment at the Club house is included.
The cost will cover the use of the lawns and equipment, photocopying and trophies. People need to wear flat soled shoes or trainers to protect the lawns, and layers of clothing as it can be cold and windy. There are toilet facilities, a bar and kitchen area for refreshments. The maximum number on the course is 16, but a reserve list is operated in case applicants are unable to attend a session. The numbers are kept as four groups of four for coaching purposes. Three members of the Croquet Club are trained coaches and provide excellent tuition during the course. Deadline for applications will be 1st March 2026.
