Can we encourage more members to think about offering short courses?
If so, we can support members with ideas, but who might be less certain about how to structure a short course.
We can find members/existing course leaders who would be prepared to ‘mentor’ new course leaders in the same way that we help new group leaders.
Remember that a ‘short course’ could be a one-off event which lasts only for a morning, an afternoon or for a day.
